Sleep Coaching is a collaborative process where a trained professional helps you clarify goals in overcoming sleep challenges, and create positive changes in your sleep. It can benefit you by providing guidance, support, and accountability.
The most common sleep issue we deal with is anxiety related insomnia; trouble falling asleep, frequent waking, general exhaustion and fatigue. We also work with snoring, apnea, nightmares, and restless leg syndrome.
We do not currently work with narcolepsy.
The duration of the coaching process can vary depending on individual needs and goals. Some clients may achieve their desired outcomes in a few sessions, while others may prefer ongoing coaching for an extended period. A typical coaching engagement may range from a few sessions to three months.
Coaching sessions are typically scheduled on a regular basis, usually once week. The frequency of sessions can be customized to fit your needs and availability. Consistency in meeting with your coach helps maintain momentum and progress towards your goals.
Our journey begins with a complimentary discovery call. During this session, we take the time to learn about your sleep challenges and health background to ensure we’re a good match. We also review any past tests or relevant health information you’ve had, allowing us to fully understand your needs before we meet for an in-depth consultation and craft a personalized action plan tailored just for you.
Unfortunately, most insurances do not cover holistic coaching such as what we offer.
Our sleep coaching programs are tailored to meet individual needs, with pricing ranging from $1,800 to $4,200 depending on the level of support and the specific plan we create for you. During our complimentary discovery call, we’ll discuss the available options in detail to ensure you receive the best value based on your goals and challenges.
